Gowdhaman Margabandu (Gowtham): B.E, CS Bharathiar University (India) - CEO

Founder of Digital Future of Education, Gowtham has over 19 years of industry experience that includes management experience in the financial, distribution, communication, transportation and insurance sectors. Gowtham’s core skills are in technology innovation, executive management and communication and they evolved over a career dotted with positions held in TCS (India), PricewaterhouseCoopers (US), IBM (US) and IBM (India). Gowtham is a creative writer and has been a source for articles both within and outside the IT domain. Education has always been close to Gowtham’s heart and this passion has been a primary driver in the birth of Digital Future of Education Pvt Ltd.

Swaminathan Ramachandran (Swami): B.E. CS Bharathiar University (India) - COO

Swami has worked close to 22 years in Infosys Limited before taking COO role in Digital Future of Education. Starting as a fresher in Infosys, over the years he has worked on Application Development, Maintenance, Production Support and Infrastructure Management projects, playing diverse roles spanning clients in multiple verticals. During his last years in Infosys he managed P&L of a 40M USD annual revenue portfolio of Infrastructure Management engagements for global clients in Retail, CPG and Logistics sectors. He was responsible for Service transition, Service Delivery, Staffing, Employee engagement, Client satisfaction, Q&P. He has completed ITIL foundation and PMP certifications. His core strength lies in data management, operations management and employee engagement.

Rajagopalan Venkatraman: BE (Computer Science), PGCBM (XLRI). - CKO

Raj has over twenty one years of experience in the IT industry with progressive responsibilities –customer relationship, account, delivery, program and project management for large Fortune 1000 clients across the globe. Has managed the delivery of multi-year, large scale transformational ERP and application development programs leveraging the Global Delivery Model. In the Education sector, he has experience in product development, content creation and alliances with content providers and educational institutions. Has worked extensively on conceptualizing Faculty Development Programs, curriculum assessments and special projects.

Ajit Narayanan (Ajit) : B.Tech, M.Tech IIT Madras (India) - Technology Partner

Technology Partner for DFoE – Founder and MD of Invention Labs, Chennai. Inventor of Avaz, a communication and language tool for children with speech disabilities. Avaz is also the winner of the National Award for the Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities from the President of India, India’s highest award in this space. He is a Btech, Mtech from IIT Madras, and won the Motorola Prize for his academic and extracurricular achievements there.
